what services do I offer?
Modern Intimacy Education offers three types of support. All therapeutic services are based around relationship education and mental health wellbeing. From Sex Education to Attachment Theory to understanding ones own relationship to themselves and others. Each Session is tailored to ones own individuals needs.

All sessions are client led and trauma informed and are suited to clients that may not respond to traditional clinical therapy but are after therapeutic support done in a less clinical format.

Therapeutic Mentoring offers structured, one-to-one, strength-based support services between a Therapeutic Mentor and client to support the client in problem solving strategies, relationship to others, relationship to themselves and building healthy relationships.

Group Counselling and Support groups are for individuals that learn better in group settings, these support groups are suitable to individuals that want to learn more about healthy relationships and boundaries and safe sex practices.

Some questions that you may have about my services.
⏤ What age group is your services suitable for?
My services are suited for people 13 and up. I believe no one is too old for therapeutic support in regards to relationships.
⏤ Are the services Trauma Informed?
All sessions focus on the Five Guiding Principles in Trauma Informed Care; safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness and empowerment.
⏤ I am a support coordinator, are NDIS clients eligiable?
Yes, my services and offerings are suited to NDIS participants, please contact me and I will be in touch with you to discuss services and options.
⏤ Where are you located?
I am a mobile therapeutic service. I offer in home counselling and therapeutic mentoring throughout the community in Adelaide.

I believe there needs to be more gudance around Emotonal Safety & empathy when It comes to Sex.
This workbook is focused on educating young people around the importance of emotional safety when it comes to sex and how emotional safety is just as important as physical safety.
