What’s Included
All workshops are 45-90 mins long and presented by a qualified/registered Counsellor.
Safe Space
Creation of safe space when talking about vulnerable topics is 100% guaranteed. The students will feel comfortable and confident to ask questions and contribute to discussions around Emotional Safety.
Resources
All workshops come with handouts and a booklet for students and teacher/community club leader/parents.
Interactive
The workshops include group discussions/activities and group scenarios.
Consent Education
The foundation of Emotional Safety is consent and therefore it will be part of the workshop content.
Modern Terminology
The workshop will include modern terminology that will relate to the students age group.
Tailored to fit
Each workshop is tailored to fit your class or community group. Certain topics such as sexting, mental health and breakups can be discussed in more detail if required.
